Let's be friends!

There was a stretch of time after my divorce where I genuinely didn’t know how I was going to make it work.
I was suddenly on my own, supporting myself and my two kids, in one of the most expensive cities in the country. We ended up in a two-bedroom apartment on the bad side of town — not because I wanted to be there, but because it was what I could afford. My kids hated it. I hated it too, if I’m honest.
I had one number in my head, on repeat: $5,000 a month. That was the line between staying where we were and getting somewhere safer. Not luxury. Just safer.
I didn’t have a five-year plan. I had a survival number and a decision to make. So I did two things at the same time — not one instead of the other, both together.
The first was internal. I got serious about manifestation — not in a vague, wish-on-a-star way, but as an actual daily practice. Writing down the number. Getting specific about what the life on the other side of it looked like. Interrupting the panic spiral every time it showed up, on purpose, over and over, until it started to feel less like delusion and more like direction.
The second was strategic. I rebuilt my website. I got serious about my marketing. I stopped treating my business like a hobby that happened to make money and started treating it like the thing that was going to get my kids out of that apartment.
Here’s what I want to be really clear about: neither one of those things worked alone. I’ve tried manifestation without strategy before — it’s just wishing. And I’d already tried strategy without any real inner alignment — it’s exhausting, and it doesn’t stick. It was doing both, at the same time, that actually moved the number.
Four months later, I wasn’t just hitting $5,000 a month. I was consistently making $6,000 — every single month, not a lucky one-off.
I want to be honest that this wasn’t magic, and it wasn’t overnight. It was a daily practice of getting my mindset right, paired with real, unglamorous work on my website and marketing — the exact kind of strategic groundwork I now help other business owners build for themselves.
I built both of these tools because I needed them myself, in the middle of that season, and they didn’t exist in the form I actually needed. Not fluffy affirmation cards. A real, structured way to hold both halves at once — the internal work and the practical next steps — so neither one gets skipped.
The Manifestation Journal is where the internal work happens — getting specific about what you’re calling in, working through the resistance that shows up when the number in your head feels too big.
The Manifestation Planner is where it becomes real — turning what you’re manifesting into actual next steps, actual weeks, actual tasks that move the number instead of just hoping at it.
Together, they’re the two things I actually did, four months before I stopped being scared about rent.
Wherever your number is right now — whatever the thing is that would finally let you exhale — I want you to know it’s not naive to believe you can get there. It’s just incomplete to believe belief alone will do it.
You need both. The internal work, and the real strategy underneath it.
